This MP3 Lease grants the Licensee a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the licensed Beat solely to create and release one; new musical recording, subject to the terms below. -Deliverable: MP3 -License Type: Non-Exclusive MP3 Lease -Usage: Up to 50,000 cumulative audio streams across all platforms -Distribution: Commercial distribution permitted within the stated limits - Credit: Producer credit required ~ “Prod. by (Babythugg)” -Territory: Worldwide -Ownership: Producer retains all ownership and copyright in the Beat\. This license does not transfer ownership to the License. - Resale/Sublicensing: Licensee may not resell, transfer, sublicense, or distribute the Beat in its original form. -Upgrade: Once the permitted usage limit is reached, the Licensee must obtain an upgraded license or separate written permission from the Producer before continuing use beyond the limit. Rights not expressly granted under this license remain with the Licensor.
